Thank you for your interest in Mommy Daddy products! We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. This policy explains our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
Non-Refundable Products
Due to the nature of our digital products, once an order is completed and the product has been delivered or downloaded, we are generally unable to offer a refund.
Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical products. Once the product has been delivered, it becomes available for your personal digital use.
We do not issue refunds for non-tangible digital products once the order has been confirmed and the product has been delivered.
Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us at support@mommydaddy.in.
If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
- Product Not Received: If you do not receive your purchased digital product within 14 days of purchase, please contact us. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
- Technical Issue: If the purchased file is damaged, inaccessible, or has a technical problem that prevents you from using it, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
Order Cancellation
Due to the instant nature of digital products, orders generally cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and payment has been confirmed.
